    hi guys believe the diagram. even @Kojak, he is a two-wheel mechanic with a German master's certificate, has this flash (its values) in his gen3 and is really excited/thrilled about these torques. and don't worry - the test stand will be checked / calibrated often per year.     did u control all wheel/rim spacers ? does the chain really run straight? it's best to check with a "laser cat" - the markings on the swinging ends are sometimes not really accurate

    man ? where ever u ask - here in germany - absolutely no chance to get new plastics 4 the gen1 ´99-´07 - all sold out - no new ones available - worldwide - that's the information from my suzuki dealer 1 year ago the only chance is ebay or so - with lill scratches somewhere

    if u got the gen3-ecu flashed this way - see jpg/pdf in the appendix soooooooooooo much more Nm at lower rpm than usual the red line tells the factory values the blue line is the flash

    look for a very good mechanic or give the bike to a shop. if you are not familary with that job to ass. the camshafts and make a fault while trying this, lots of issues (bent valves etc.) can come up and the repair crosses superfast the 1500 € line - only for the material.

    if vou´re not familary with opening the engine, give the bike to a shop or a very good mechanic. its a lemmy say rough job to repair the trans , if u´ve never done that job before.

    sorry i wrote a bit .ullshit at the rear the tire wears a (72) as load-index the (58) is at the front :bowdown: both numbers in brackets !! only then they last/stand more than 270 km/h .
