Set up your suspension for your weight/intended use. Buy proper gear if you have not yet done so.

Be careful swerving in and out of the carpool lanes (illegal for cars and bikes alike)....that is one very hefty fine if you get tagged.

+1000. FWIW, I did my 1st Iron Butt SS1000 on my Busa. And actually prefer the Busa for multi-day long distance rides (vs a cruiser and scooter that I also own)
