I have a Suzuki gel seat. I have found if it sits in the sun for any length of time it does what gel packs do. After about 20 miles it stopped baking my hams. I had a white cover made so I can get a hamburger with out coming out to a skillet.

If I peg 75 indicates and leave it there 52 mpg is possible. I had to run the numbers twice. Lol.
