How are you guys dealing with turbo bikes running rich when it gets really hot and humid. My gen one runs fmu, walbro 255 and I also tune with woolich, mostly subtract fuel from iap and low /mid tps maps. If I set my tune spot on for 60/70* weather as soon as it gets to about 90/95* and humid...
I have my iat bypassed but on my turbo gen one extreme hot vs Cold makes my tune change to much. I'm thinking of putting the iat back in but only if it will pull fuel in hot Temps
Just debating on switching my gravity drain to the right side of the oem pan instead of left. Running on left causes oil to reach top of drain while on kickstand since bike is lowered. Will get a small puff if I park with the front end downhill, thinking a right side drain fitting may fix that
I put the stock slipper back in and took the brocks cushion out. Running 4 purple brocks springs and two oem. Lever feels way better. No noticeable slip.
Another guy who runs turbo bikes said use the oem slipper, remove the clutch cushion kit and use 2/3 heavy springs with the rest oem. That would be nice if that combo doesn't slip
Currently running 10psi decent setup on my gen one. I'm using brocks clutch cushion kit and solid inner hub clutch mod. The cushion kit comes with its own springs. Two real heavy ones and four purple ones. This makes the lever really suck for everyday riding. I tried removing the two heavy ones...
Does anyone know if the rcc turbo /Stedman kits used a ball bearing or journal bearing turbo. I'm trying to find info on my turbo and no one seems to know. It's ar50 cold side and ar63 hot side
I feel I'm needing to reduce oil pressure to the turbo a bit but I need to know what bearing type it...
