Yeah, a guy selling it on ebay didn't reach his reserve so I shot him that price and he took it!

Not long enough. Eight days total, three and a half on the way there, one and a half to tool around key West, three back. Long days! Didn't help that my uncle took Ambien at night and couldn't wake up early, but we had intercoms and talked and listened to music and audio books the whole way. Even rigged up the phone to FaceTime with the family so they got to be part of the ride every day (watching it in my mirrored visor!).

Here's my set up. I've done 60,000 miles on the busa since 2005! Buell pegs, risers 1.25", had corbin seat but went back to stock (with added foam!), PR4, tried double bubble but went back to stock, Zumo 660, Sena SMH10, RKA bags (from pashnit). Beautiful sport-touring machine.

Going to Back of the Dragon Rte 16 in VA at the end of Sept!! Can't wait.

If I'm not mistaken that's the Tejas Busa. And that's probably on his East Texas to Prudhoe Bay Alaska trip.

Another 600kms today , round lower waikato & king country ( tirohanga , wakamaru over the dam to tokoroa ( even the Bobby calves liked the busa over the zx14 that joined at re awamutu

Another 600kilometre run today. Left Auckland went to Rotorua via today, then followed SH30 to Kawerau to visit mate who works at pulp mill then on to Te Puke ,Tauranga ,Waihi ,Paeroa (large bottle), the trike is made from all wood with rubber wheels and is powered by to small electric motors(real coo)

Another 500 km round trip from Auckland via Dargaville,Opononi Kaikohe and Twin Bridges . Weather warm in mid 20's
