I know I haven't been around too much and posted even less, so I figured I'd give a quick update.

First, still own the Busa
and the 750

Still moving to TX, looks like April 26th give or take a day.

Have a girlfriend(over 6 months now) who is a TV show video editor. She's gonna make the move with me since she can work from home. And since she thinks I am soo hot.

Just closed on a house in TX. Awesome house, bigger than I wanted, but the deal was too good to turn away. 3yr old house, 3300sq ft on a .25 acre lot and a 20 minute drive to DFW no traffic. Got 4.75% 30 yr fixed with no points.

Still trying to refi/loan modify(7yr arm) do something with the Cali house since there is no way I can sell it since the market crashed. The house went from a market value of $610,000 to $350,000 and I owe $455,000. I have to rent it out. Just a horrible time to move, I've been in the process of a loan mod for 6 months now.... Once it becomes a rental property, there is little chance of fixing the loan. Most of the programs are only for owner occupiers which is why I've been trying to do it before it becomes a rental. But that is unlikely now. I've 2 1/2 yrs until the arm adjusts. We'll see what happens between now and then...

Obama has said fixing the labor dispute between air traffic controllers and the FAA is his administration's #1 priority in the FAA. Hoping that his administration follows through with it and actually negociates a contract with controllers rather than the imposed working rules we've been under for 3 years now. Also hoping congress passes a law FORCING the FAA and controllers into a neutral 3rd party binding arbitration if a contract cannot be agreed upon. To keep this from ever happening again.

Will try to hit 1 or 2 trackdays before I go. Most likely Mon or Tue since those are my days off.

Still into watching motorcycle racing. I don't know if I'll watch AMA racing anymore, a combination of Speed TV(horrible) and DMG's drastic changes. But rooting for Spies in WSBK and of course Nicky in MotoGP.

it's good to see you back around, sorry to hear about the housing problems...however, it sounds like like your life is going well otherwise with the new job and girlfriend...best of luck to you and hopefully you can get together with all of us sometime this summer :beerchug:

Congrats on things going well in your life! It wouldnt be THAT difficult to burn the old house down accidentally would it?

Great news! You'll be in DFW in time for the Eureka Springs Meet&Greet! Sucks about the house in Cali, but I figured you'd like the housing market in DFW. I came close to moving there myself in 2007.

Good luck with all that bro, I've been watching the FAA thing hope you guys get what you deserve I agree with you on that 1000000%.

Stay safe and keep in touch:beerchug::thumbsup:
