tsukigi cannon

So is the Tsukigi Cannon still available anywhere? I have searched and seen references to it not being available unless ordered direct. Is this true or does Inspire Sports still sell it? I left a message with them as they still show it on their site. If anyone knows where to purchase, let me know.
