02-07 rotor asy oem#32102-24f10

Hello new to the forums here but i am looking for a rotor asy complete for a 02-07 so that i can convert to 32bit ecu. If any one has one or a place to get one other than dealer and paying $383.00 that would be greatly appreciated.

Please excuse my ignorance but does that include everything meaning bolt in ready? I have a 2000 and the guy that does my tuning said I need a ecu and rotor but thought there was something electrical needed as part of the rotor asy? Sorry for the edit
