05 busa running ruff

Hi guys im new to the forum and I hope you all can help me figure out this crazy bike im working on for a friend. First the bike hasn't been taken care of properly. I see it has been wrecked and welded on the frame and cobbled back together ...i see the front wheel came off a gsxr cause under all that black spray paint is a white wheel...... Ok down to it hits hard to start runs ruff spits a bit too. the number 2 trottle body was black and the others where okay. so im bout to start a synch job and do a trottle position adjustment when my son comes in and hosed me with his water gun. i noticed that water on three of the header pipes didnt evaporate so only #2 was hot and the others luke warm ( the bike was still running). Does this appear to be bad coils or what. Come on guys this bike isnt representing the busa legend at all ..... runs like a yamaha ......
Next i'll be changing his entire clutch basket out .... its sounds horrible. Its got twobrothers pipes a k&n air filter no pc no tre. 05 model with...... drom roll please.......45,000 miles on it.

Could be a bad coil pack, could be very low compression, could be running extremely rich, or maybe its got a burnt valve from the lack of valve shim service.

Hi, move the coil that is running good to another plug and see if the one you move it to gets hot.

i put in a new set of plugs and now the three that didn't work are and the cyclinder that was firing isnt..... geez what a crazy machine. And yes I moved the coils around and even tried some spares.
