06-07 gsxr 1000 rims on a gen 1

Need some help from everyone, I've seen someone on here with with the 06-07 gsxr 1000 rims on their gen 1. I'm looking to do the same swap and I need to know what was needed to do it. Thanks in advance everyone.

Awesome write up and how to. I have the rims and the crush drive and spacers for the 1000 wheels and I will get the rest of the parts to do the swap. Should be done here shortly when I pull the bike apart to do the 1397 install at the same time. Thanks for the help and I will post pics when I'm done with the project.
