06 Gsx1300r Motor been sitting up

I have a 06 busa with about 9k on it.
It was tor down about 2 years ago to repl the transmission
dew to a tooth broken off. the motor has been sitting ever since
and i tryed to turn the crank over but it was stuck.
the piston have seized up. I dont want to mess with it and break
a piston ring. what is something i can do to free it up.
people say put trans fluid in the chamber???
This is my first bike project, just need a lil help.

what would u recommend me doin and or repl
like put new bearings in it since im there, but i really dont
wanna mess with timing.
just the lower crank case is off no dirt or anything got in it.
and does anyone know where i can get a service manual to put it
back together..

I have the new trans ready to put in but need some advice.

Okay guys i got it to spin now. didnt have to put anything in it, broke loose with lil force.
everything looks great. now in ready to start putting it together. il post up pics soon for the build and keep yall informed on how it goes.

Finally had time last night to put the motor together. It was Pretty easy, and now i'm ready to put it in the bike. Upgraded to undercut trans all gears, brand new shift rods billet, all new shift forks, new drum, ape main stud kit, windage tray kit, Replaced every nut and bolt with all new ones. I have over 3k in the trans rebuild, Hopefully it will be running soon. I'm going to install the 6" extensions today and paint the wheels black chrome. I'll post pics soon.
