08 BUSA foot pegs

Has anyone changed out the foot pegs on the new BUSA?

I WOULD LIKE TO DO THAT TOO. I SAW SOMEWHERE SOMEONE MADE SOME PEGS THAT WERE ADJUSTABLE. YOU COULD GO DOWN AND BACK 1 INCH OR MORE.

Has anyone tried the Buell XB foot pegs? I had them on my 2005 Busa. I will be getting my 2008 soon, and I was hoping they will work on the new Busa's.

sato rearsets that fit the 07's will fot the 08's.. they are fully adjustable. cycle cats will also fit..im pretty sure that any 07 rearset will fit the 08's...post pics when done

I admit I want a bit lower footpeg height.... right knee football injury in the 80's is giving me grief about peg height.

Suspect I'll wait until I decide on an exhaust line before getting serious about footpeg lowering brackets. The stock exhaust line is kinda in the way right now.... the mid-pipe heat shields eat up a lot of room.

GSX1300R-T carries the Buell pegs.. He does all the work so when you get them you just do a quick install.. There was another thread on this just yesterday, I will try to find it and post a link..

I received an e-mail from him, but no phone # or site yet. I sent him a PM on this board, and he replied very quickly.. Still trying to find that dang thread on his pegs (he has pics too).. The search is disabled so I am trying to find it by looking through old threads !!!

Spudley has a set of TL pegs on his Busa and he has pics I'm sure he will post for ya if ya ask him, and GSX1300R-T sells the Buell Pegs. I would Just PM him and ask for some pics as well. I believe they are $79.00, but that is machined/polished and ready to install.. They look pretty sweet IMO...
