Running it open like that would be very problematic around my neck of the woods..... that'll get you a roadside discussion in a lot of districts. Probably not doing your power curve a lot of favors, either. Too, you are going to deposit a goodly bit of exhaust soot on the forward part of your swing-arm and rear chassis area.

But then, I'm guessing your probably not actually riding it much like that, since there is no plate/temp tag on the bike. That, or you have it well hidden.

On the plus side.... the orange does indeed look very sharp without the black stripes up front, or the Hardly-ish orange stripes on the rear cowling. You oughta consider going the whole nine yards and remove the GSX1300R stickers on the tail section.... that would finish off cleaning up the back of the bike. And besides.... any real motorcyclist who hasn't been living in a cave the last 9 years already knows what model bike you have.

Re: your Yosh exhausts. Hope you have a better line on them then I do; my arrival estimate is well into January.

Running straight off the header causes lack of back pressure. Loss of back pressure means loss of HP, fuel mileage and can cause damage to your valves over time. This has been debated on here before but just my .02

oh **** really?? i didnt know that running it open is bad...i am not a mechanic...hmm...more info please...
