08 Frame Slider Availablility???

Does anyone have any insight as to the availability for frame sliders for the 08 by any manufacturer? Will the fairings ned to be cut (ow) as was the case for the genI Busa??

The frame is the same so i would bet that the mounting location is the same... so yes... plastics will need to be cut...

The frame / chassis has been changed.The dealer says that the old sliders will not work. Hence the questions...

The motor mount that you use for the sliders are in the same place! The chassis hasn't changed that much, the main thing that changed is that there is no more centerstand mount!

chassis changed as in the front forks are a bit different and the swingarm is slightly different. otherwise the frame is the same as any other year busa... the 99-07 sliders may not be long enough because the clearance from the body to the frame could be different but the mounting location is exactly the same... so YES plastics will need to be cut... i'm not saying the past sliders will work... i'm saying you WILL have to cut plastic...
