08 gauges swap

Has anyone that's gotten their hands on an 08 been able to figure out if the gauges could be swapped? I want the 08 gauges BAD but love my 06

from what I have seen of the 08's...they are tied directly into the ecu.....so good luck.

and from what I am reading.....it will be easier to retro fit an entire 08 carkit into your 06 than just trying to make the dash work with your 06 motor.
