1,200 miles on \'busa

I finally have gotten over the break in hump. I have been shopping around for pipes for the past 2 weeks. I really don't mind if the pipe doesn't put out monster hp #'s. I would really like a pipe that makes some noise. Tired of hearing the vacuum cleaners that I have on now! I'm not a Yosh fan and I like the way the D&D's look with my bike (blue and silver). Anybody got some suggestions? Thanks alot.-russ

Busarider,

I have the perfect solution for your problem!
I have a Two Brothers slip-on available for sale. They are carbon fiber and have enough miles so they sound great! e-mail me at vfrhump@yahoo.com if you are interested.

I have just added a pair of V&H S4 Ti oval slip ons. They look good (seem to integrate best with a Red/Gray bike), fairly well constructed (welds) & quality finish, Ti only available w/straight-thru "race" baffle, noticeably louder, but still not obnoxious, deeper, more throaty sound, slightly less wt. (~5 lbs less vs. stock cans), footpeg holders polished metal & also nice looking, bolt flanges fit perfectly to intermediate (stock) pipes. Haven't a clue if more engine performance or remap req'd. Overall, nice addition for the $$$, and at least now I can hear my own exhaust system thru helmet, which I find desireable, but deeper sound and new looks alone are probably not worth the cost ($635 OTD). I compared most other major brands for slip ons. V&H S4s on purely subjective comparison are probably about as good as any other, but I still thought they were the best OVERALL. Just my two cents.
