1" riser install

Im installing the 1" risers on my 03 tonight and was wondering if I might have to reroute the choke cable ? Im gonna lower the front and rear at the same time .

I put 1 1/4" risers on my '04 and I ended up re-routing the fast-idle cable. It was pulling on the cable waaay to much for me when I turned the bars.

i had to reroute the fast idle cable when i installed heli bars so i'm thinking to be safe you better reroute in from the right side of the steering head to the left and inbetween the tank mount bolts...

I installed reapers 1" risers about two weekends ago. I didn't need to reroute anything. I didn't need to remove my windscreen first either. After install, turn your bars to the extreme left while the engine is running to see if your idle rises. If not, don't worry about it.
