10/22 front sight issue

My frint sight on my ruger somehow seems to have slide to the right just a lil. Can I just use a hammer and punch to slide it back to center?

Yes, you can. Find a brass or hard plastic punch, then drift it as needed. I am a gunsmith by trade, and this is a very common procedure.
