1000 & 1300 front pegs R they interchangable

I thought I heard that the 1000 and 1300 front drivers pegs were interchangable, basically a direct swap. Does anyone have any info on this, or has anyone done it

Yes, they will work. But you will need to grind off a little bit of material from the GSXR pegs. Also you will need to use the GSXR pins that go onto the foot peg. I had a set of the GSXR pegs on my busa and did not like the feel of the peg. Its shorter in length compared to the stock peg. SO my feet didnt feel like they were settled onto the pegs. So I went with the TL1000R pegs instead. Same length as the stock pegs and also has the rubber boot on the peg.

i have the 1k pegs on my bike and love em.There is a bushing for the 1k so it fits properly.Hand file a small amount off of the gixxer peg insides and spring return works great. they are Liter ,gain an inch in leg room and more clearance.They are a bit narrower but i love the feel,especialy when rolling my inside foot over the edge.Very positive placement.

I like my pegs just fine. Then again, I have some pretty big feet, so I guess it all works out.
