I have been emailing them for the bodywork for over a year now. I recieved the first and only email back about a month ago saying the body work was finally coming up for sale to the public and to check the website. I did, and the only thing you can buy is the damned t-shirts.
From that point I have sent 2-3 additional emails, but no reply. By the time they stop jerking around I'll be too pissed to buy it.
Here's an idea for all vendors that browse our wonderful busa.org website......If you have a contact link on your website and someone emails you to buy your product then.
RESPOND BACK TO THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you email a potential customer with news saying your product is for sale and to check out the website.....
MAKE SURE ITS ON THE WEBSITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pardon my ranting, but damn, the word JACKASS definitely comes to mind when I think of the lack of service from these folks. I don't want an excuse about being understaffed, because if you're understaffed and can't respond to your customers, then SHUT DOWN THE WEBSITE!!!
I even went as far as contacting Brian at Air Tech to see if I could buy it through them. I told him about the email from 'Team Haybusa' saying the bodywork is for sale and he said it was news to him. I wasn't surprised.
The bottom line is this, we as customers don't mind waiting for a product to become available, just make sure it's available once you say it is.
