Very nice color choice! See something like that I would love to do a rebuild on, not too involved and looks like a lot of fun. keep posting the pics!!

I've also been fortunate enough to find a NOS speedometer

I also have a NOS shifter lever and fuel line (yes, it's still good. I checked). Both the upper and lower tripple tree have been powder coated as well as the fork tubes (pictures later). I had the original fork sliders re-cad plated and I have NOS boots and clamps (again more pics coming) too.

I will post up more pictures later. Last weekend 00busatx came over and helped me put the frame and motor on the stand. I hope to have her up and running by the fall bash.

I want to see how the 165cc 2-stroke handles the dragon.

Thanks! I was suprised at how much stuff is out there if you are patient and don't mind spending time searching the internet.

Nice project and will be fun to scoot around on, when you aren't collecting trophies for the restoration.

Thanks. So far, the only thing on the bike that is not either restored original or NOS are the spokes.

Looking sweet so far.... And I suspect from the pictures no worries on the final project! :beerchug:
Very talented/patient individual
