1999-2006 MOTOR SWAP

whats up to every one, check it out about 3 weeks ago i spun a rod bearing on my 1999 busa motor - last week i came acors a deal for 700 bucks on a 2006 motor , throtle bodies, ecu , an wire harnes - the only thing missing is the fuel pump . Now my question is can i run my 2006 motor with my 1999 harnes , throtle bodies, an fuel pump . would there be any problem?

Your best bet is to run the full harrness, TB's, ECU etc from the 06.(its a better setup in reality)

Wire power from your 06 harness to your 99 pump and plumb it like your 99 was plumbed. Downfall to running 99 pumps are the screens. Use and inline filter before your pump and I always removed the screens from the pump.
