2 bolts

Need help
After I did the fender eliminator and the tag mod I had two bolts and nuts that were left over and I do not know where they go.  
Everything looks good and in place except these bolts.  I even ask the guys at the dealership and they had no idea.  I also did my first oil change and far is I can see everything is in place.
Maybe my kids are pulling a joke on me because I do it to them all the time.  
If no one can help I found a new place for them and they look good.

The bolt with the long head and the insert in the end goes where the bolt is pictured in the last pic just behind the seat, should be the same on the other side of the hump opening. the other 2 allen bolts not sure.

The

long one goes behind the seat, and is used to strap something on the passenger seat.

The allen bolt is the problem. sorry for confusion. I removed the frankenstien bolt and put the allen in its place. Its look better
