I don't know why they included a dessert. That's a given they are going to be BAD!!!!!

I use to eat some of those things, but I can say I haven't had any of those things in YEARS!!! Slowly working my way down the bad foods. Haven't had any fast food this year so far. Soup is my new best friend!!!

Thanks Randy for the info. It helps to review this info once in awhile. Incase I start thinking this stuff would be alright to indulge in. Although I am waining a bit on #10. Luckily I don't have any bananas in the house and there is ice covering the roads. SAFE!!!
