how are you guys getting 200 hp from your bikes ? i want to achieve this for myself . i currently have a micron pipe and pc2 . what next short of the bike spending the rest of my fading riding time in a shop apart ? is there a n2o kit available yet ? money isnt much of an object to a certain extent ! any helpfull information or opinions would be greatly appreciated !!!!

One member went out and installed 3mm over pistons to get 200 hp. There are problems pushing it this far, good quality components to take that type of stress are not yet on the market.

Getting to 200 hp, and keeping it running are two different things. Which do you want?

I would carefully watch what Yoshimura comes out with. They seem to have taken on the project of building the Hayabusa with real enthusiasm in the Tornado II project. My info may be out of date, but they do good work with Suzukis, and seem to have been pretty serious about getting a 'Busa past 200 hp and 200 mph.

Wiseco has a big bore kit for the Busa (it includes pistons, rings, wrist pins and gaskets). That along with some head work (P&P and mill the head to bump up compression to around 13to1) and you should be real close to 200 hp on pump fuel.

THINK ABOUT THIS,THE OLD 1206 KIT FOR 93-98 GSXR IS GOOD FOR 185HP PLUS ON PUMP GAS,I KNOW BECAUSE A BUDDY OF MINE GOT IT.THE 1298 MOTOR NEEDS 12:1 COMP, LITTLE HEAD CLEAN UP,BIKE'S ALREADY GOT 33mm &27.5mm VALVES.BUT THE BIKE REALLY NEEDS BIGGER CAMS,SAY 246 DEGREE'S DURATION AT .040 LIFT AND NEARLY .410 TO .420 LIFT,AND YOU'LL HAVE YOUR 200HP AND LIVE, ASK AROUND ABOUT!
