2002 LE Questions

I was searching for manuel downloads and stumbled on some 2002 LE Q and A's but wanted more info on this bike because I own one. I ride all over Texas and have yet to come across one originally all blacked out from the factory like mine. I'd like to know this bike is different than others, other than the paint what other differences are there? Any info is good, thanks guys.

No. I don't own a copper/silver.
 
They did the same thing in 03 for the 40th Anniversary Edition. Cept the color is Copper. All blacked out.
 
The 02 and 03s drew a pretty decent price premium up until 12-18 months ago. I think the 07 black hurt the value of the 02, but even the 03s have taken a hit.
 
If you are looking at a motorcycle for an investment buy a Vincent. A Busa is an excellent investment in your lifetime motorcyle riding experience but financially... forget about it.

The 02 LE has silver front forks where the later models all have gold...it's one distinctive way you can tell immediately what year it is..

Oh yeah, I own one too..
