I just bought a 2005 busa from my brother it was riding great and he wanted to put clutches in it he bought Suzuki, clutches
after that it wouldnt move so i pulled all clutches and bought a new slave and clutch mc rebuild kit i bleed it so many times and yes with a mighty vac and now i can start it up and when i pull clutch it makes a really bad rubbing noise so i pulled cover again and checked the pressure plate bolts and it all looked great but no movement and the horrible sound im no stranger to bike clutches i have a zx10 and harley as well those were simple and ride great what have i missed any help is appreciated thanks

Just checked everything again its all tight and hardly no slop at all
Strange that it worked fine before the clutch change....something must have went wrong during the change...Too bad you had to buy a new slave and MC only to not fix the issue...

With the clutch cover off and pulling in the clutch lever, can you see the plates move?

Very little but yes some movement and the rod that goes in center of clutch basket where does it connect or sit mine looks as if it was pushing on back of basket
