I have been thinking of what to do with my 06. Chrome tree and so on? Would like to see any pics of 06 LE with polished frame. Chrome wheels or any other bling. Kinda cold here so I have not even put my Micron or PCIII on. Just red faced gauges. But looking for ideas. Thanks all.

+1 I have an 04LE and wouldn't think of touching the frame.

Non heated garage. I have a heater to install but gonna insulate and drywall the unfinished ceiling.

Very nice bike runvs. Yes what undertail is it the stock tail light. I like the stock light.

IMO, don't do it! You bought the wrong bike if you want to chrome it out. It's going to take a lot more work to strip it down and send it off for chrome.

I would have just bought a regular Hayabusa and swapped plastics with someone with a 06 LE. It would have been much easier and cheaper from the get go.

To many people would kill for the BLACK setup and you want to get rid of it...

Seems like that's the problem w/ the 06' LE. too many colors (white-plastics, silver-plastics and wheels , black-frame, inner fairings, seat, gold-forks). Adding chrome seems like it would simply clash.

I wanted the 06 LE, but it just didn't look right (to mee-see above) in person. Then I thought about the maroon/black, but outside in the sun it looked like a purplish/pink lipstick color. After much deliberation I think the ol' blue/silver has won me over. The blue looks amazing in the sun and with a a million items for that color scheme there are lots of mods available.

But if you love the white, go for it.
