2008 Hard slow cranking

2008 GSX1300BK yes B-King /gen.II Busa motor
Replaced battery now Glass mat, replaced starter 2007 Busa aftermarket, 9500 miles.
Mods Area-P slip-on, DNA filter, sliders, radiator guard.
Motor oil Castrol Activevo, oil filter OEM.

I rode it like I own it, not stole it. I’m not a wheelie king either.
It cranks great with the spark plugs out, put 2 in and the starter sounds almost locked rotor.
Intake and Exhaust valves are in spec.

It will start by jumping it with a car only while running. When running it runs great. In dealer mode it displays c00; this is with the key on and not cranking it.
