I called Santa Rosa Power Sports a week in advance to have the parts needed for my recall ordered so that at my scheduled appointment time the following week it would be ready for pick-up on time. I dropped off the bike the night before the service was due, and was told there were no problems and it'd be ready for pick-up today with no issues. I've been waiting all day to hear from them and so around 2:30pm I called and they told me it wasn't going to be done until sometime towards the end of the next week. This is only suppose to have been a 1.3 hour service, although covered by warranty or not it shouldn't take 3 weeks to get a part in and have it fixed. I'm a single father and this is my transportation back and forth to work at about 100 miles round trip per day. I've heard a lot of bad things about this business in the past but I figured that I knew a couple of the guys up there that none of the "rumors" about their service was true.
