2008 purchase

I'm in the Detroit,MI area and looking to purchase within a month or so. Can anyone make a recommendations on who is offerig at a good price? I really don't want to drive to Toledo (11,4000 otd) but will if I have to.

11,400 otd is a great price....worth the ride down to t'town...honda east in maumee....plus that a nice strech of highway to get acustom to the kingbusa

Yeah. I got my CBR1K from them in '05. That got stolen, now it is time replace. I'm looking for convenience which means I have to look in my backyard first.
Putting miles on this baby won't be a problem-30 mi ride to work.

finally i see a way i can finally be of some help and what a pleasure it is. i have been reading this site for over a year and i have learned so much its unreal. i own a 2006 black and gray that purchased in july 2006 with 25k on the clock so i love to ride and i got a 2008 black and orange i got in november.anyways i bought the k8 from us 27 motorsports and full throttle motorsports is trying to sell me a black and orange for 10900 otd. i will call tomorrow and see if they still have it and if they do you can come and buy it at my price. i live in lansing. my email is deb.webb@yahoo.com if you want to contact me

I bought a bike (04 yamaha warrior) from Honda East a few years ago at 2K cheaper than i could in the Detroit area, well worth the 45 minute drive, it was snowing on my ride home in the dark, BRRRRR!
