2008 stalling in gear

2008 out of nowhere the bike stalls when i put it in gear,,it is not the sidestand switch,,i jumped it,,any ideas anybody???

there are different possibilities listed

if not yet available download the K8-L2 (´08-´12) - manual here and read then

instantly dies or 'slowly' loses idle? Is the clutch working? Raise the rear tire and see if it will stay on in gear with no resistance.
