2008 that much better?

All the good stuff about the K8 makes me wonder if I am being deprived of the best bike available. Sounds like brakes, power, suspension, and chassis are much improved. Well I am happy with my k2 and wonder if it could not be made comparable to the k8. If not I'll wait and see how they work out and get a used one in the future sometime. Yeah I'm rambling. The reason for my post is Im trying to get a pic in that Avatar thingie.

IMO, If you are happy with your Busa, keep ridin' and don't look back !!! You can't go wrong with any Busa.....

I just picked up my '08 on Friday. It's my 4th 'busa, and I can tell you from tens of thousands of miles of every variety, the '08 is a different bike.

As soon as I get my pix downloaded from my camera, I'll post a new thread, but rest assured, I'm faster in the twisties, the power is far smoother, the braking is enormously different, the shifting is like chocolate butter, and, while I'm still in the 'break in period', I haven't had the opportunity to really test the power.

My recommendation to EVERYONE is that if you get a chance to test-ride the '08, DO IT!

More to come...and good luck with your decision. BTW, I'm keeping my 06LE, simply because I love it so much.

Either way, you can't go wrong.

Was debating on a new 2007. Sound like I need to read more about the 2008 improvement for just a little more cash. Thanks for the review.
