Hay can someone help me please I got a workshop manual for a 2010 to replace my clutch it' state's that is a 2007 to 2013 and in it the diagrams there are 3 different steel plates but when I bought the new clutch kit there is only 2 different plates the bike shop reckon there is only 2 so I'm a bit confused now lol

what bike ?

1st - get the fitting manual for your model incl. its! microfiches

2nd - a manual for ´07 - ´13 HAYABUSA doesn´t exist
what manual you can get is either ´99-´07 OR ´08-´12 without ABS OR ´08-´16 with ABS

3rd - the 2010 busa has 2 different steels (like ALL busa gen 1+2 & b-king)
7 x 21451-24F00 , 3.8 mm thick
2 x 21451-24F10 , 2.3 mm thick

so what did u order / buy ???

as a first little help see the fiches at my (german) homepage - scroll each a bit down for the fiche-list(s) incl. the translations

Well thank you for that I thought the manual mite be not right they changed then in 2008 I got a clutch form American so I will have to measure the steel one to see if it's right thank you again for that

the fiches and the suzuki item numbers should be 1 : 1 the same - no matter where you ask for a spare part on "our blue ball".

you should give your current, seemingly faulty, manual to the junk box
and at the same time, possibly here via the forum, ask for a checked (gen2-) manual including checked (gen2-) microfiches.
don´t use the current any more!

Those thickness don't seem correct. From memory, they are more like 2mm and 2.3mm. There are 3 different fiber plates for a stock clutch with a couple of them closer to the 3.8mm thickness. Edit - Gen2
