Dallas racer is for real. I saw the bike in memphis for the IDBA and it ran some 9.20 and 30's at 151. This was with 1.67 60ft. I also saw the dyno sheet, it was impressive. Dallas racer does all his own work.

accoleman: he has a 1360 motor. guy's are doing that with stock displacement. whats so impressive about 9.20's & .30's on a motor like that?

he should be bringing time slips home that are in the 8's with a motor like that....

are you sure he does his own work, or does he send it out and then put it together??

Not to be a smart a$$ about it but rather than buy a $16K busa used why woundnt I just take my motor out and send it off to the MOST expensive builder I have seen for $4200 and get all the same stuff done.

Or as nick and a few others have noted I can probally get it done for more like $3500-$3800 and then I have a busa that was 10K plus $3800. Then I still have $2500 left over to pay as a down payment on the Mr Turbo kit

Mr. Adams, I agree with you 100%. That's why I included the 60ft. time. Any good drag racer can look at a 1.67 short time on a bike like that and realize there is alot of performance left in the bike. Imagine yourself riding the bike. Would you have a 1.67 short time with tie-downs. I didn't think so. Now, if you were riding it, what would you guess would be your time. Now are you impressed. Me too. P.S. I don't want to start an arguement, I was just impressed with the bike running 9.28 at 155mph. Also, 1298, 1360; it's not that much difference. They're both big motors, or what we used to call big motors. Being a Busa owner myself, I'm proud to see all Busas go fast. I seriously can't wait to hear what your numbers are gong to be. If I have a chance to witness it then I'll be glad to back you up also. Good day Gentlemen.
