I run a 2 step on my dragbike. The clutch has a switch in it that activates a rev limiter set around 6800. Its set to come off right as the clutch starts to drag. You yank the throttle wide open and the engine hits the rev limiter at 6800. Then just dump the clutch. The rev limiter comes off as the clutch comes out and the slipping of the clutch alows the bike to leave the line. I use a lockup clutch to stop the slipping and lock the clutch up.
