chapparal doesn't carry arai helmets because arai wanted them to follow a policy to exchange helmets that don't fit within 30 days at no cost to the consumer! instead, chapparal stamps in their catalogs that arai's are no longer for sale in the states.

Had a problem with Chapparel recently.There customer serivce people hung up on me while I politely explained my problem.They should be fired on the spot.After a long wait I did get a refund,still no excuse for the way it was handled.I dont expect a company to be perfect all the time.I do expect them to listen to the customers problem. Too many suppliers out there ,just find a new one.

the problem with Arai, is too much demand and not enough product , being brought into the states....I'm not saying what chaparral did is right, but there is alittle explaning in order due from Arai also....Anyone who buys large quanities of Arai's knows that you wont get more than 20% of what you actually order....
