this one is when I lowered the tubes all the way up to the top plate about 1 1/2 inches I think.I didn't have to re adjust anything (cables).

i haven't had my stock clamp on for a while,so i can't say for sure,but wouldn't a 3/4'' riser only allow you to lower the bike 3/4'' ?

I think that it's a little more than 3/4 because of the extra space the top cap gives 1 1/2 is just a guess.I didn't measure before and after.
