Went for a high speed romp today ... the weather has been record breaking warm here for the last week or so, thus I have been riding alot.
and ... I just got in from an afternoon blast. Rode very civil and safe from Chico to Oroville up 162 above the dam. Rode with the owners of a local shop Apex Moto tech here in Chico Gary & Lisa. Both of them are Hella riders! She was on the Ducati 916 Gary her husband was on an old Cafe' style honda single draggin knee's and all! We also had my busa another buddies busa from Redding and a new Busa owner who is a Chico
cop! Allways good to have an LEO with u when your ridn ;-) Later we hit it up hwy 70 toward the canyon and someone musta hit the speed button cause we were at it! Burried the needle several times and never saw another cop or CHP. It was all good. Had to get a ride in before the weather changes, it's suppose to freeze over the next couple days.
Hwy 70 was no good as they were workin on the road so we turned around
just above Yankee Hill an nailed it all the back to Chico, actually
slowed down on the freeway...
