3-hole lowering link, stock setting..HELP!!

I have a 3-hole lowering links on my bike. It is currently on the middle hole. How do you go back to stock when it makes the links hit the suspension piece? I just figured if they put that hole there you must be able to use it. I don't want to trim the links due to the furthest lowering hole might be effected. What do you do???

My advise would be to sell it and get an adjustable link.

You have to notch the center stand bracket a little

or notch the lowering link.
