so what thats a stock motor that is made to have 38 hp and can handle 700 with a turbo on it?

NICE!!! So you read that this Raptor will make 700HP NO it does not say that!!! It SAYS 700 Rator Turbo kit----- 38HP to 70HP (EDIT YOUR POST) 700 means in cc like the size of motor.
