750 gsxr foot peg mod?

i heard some people changing thier foot pegs out for somthing sportier
have you done it and if so how much did it cost and can you post pics

yeah I put gixxer 1k pegs on mine to gain about 1" more leg clearance....there is a bit more noticeable vibration but not enough that it should bother you. cost about $30 total.

check the microfische. I think mine were 03 gixxer 1k pegs. you also need a bushing because the hole in the peg is larger than the pin on your busa.


part number on the spacers is
09180-08149 SPACER,8.1X12X2 2.09 X QTY 2 = $4.18

I would call ronayers and make sure you get the right pegs. they sent me 2 right pegs when I ordered mine.

they won't know who I am... I haven't bought a whole lot from them. Just had a bad experience and had to ride around with one stock peg and one gixxer peg for a couple weeks till I got it exchanged and I didn't want it happening to anyone else.

hopefully they dont give me a set of right pegs also.
maybe it was an accident and they will redeam them selfs with the sale to me.

yeah and if they send you the wrong one....don't take any slack.... I had a hard time getting them to not charge me a restocking fee.
