It's a Spencer Cycle 3-9 600 arm. Doug Ray built it himself - very good customer service throughout the whole process.

Props to Golden Child for finding me a 600 link and giving me a great deal on braided lines as well.

I'm thinkin' about mounting a bottle in front of the tire like chevelle did - lower cg and it fills that space.
