99 and 2000 Busa performance differences

Does anyone know of any performance differences between the 99 and 2000 model Busas?I havent been on these boards for quite some time now so if someone has already posted this question you will have to forgive me.

What about this rumor of speed limited? The dealer told me they are governed now? Anyone had there 2000 on a dyno or highway yet?

THERE IS CURRENTLY NO RESTRICTED SUSUKI GSX1300R HAYABUSA ON THE F***IN MARKET

THIS DOES NOT COME INTO EFFECT UNTIL 2001

So, why would they want to slow a booming sales period? (booming because all are trying to get bikes BEFORE the restricted ones are built and come from Japan)
