99 BUSA ACT. RPM VS GAUGE RPM

Hi Guys,
            heard that the RPM read out on the RPM Guage of the 99 Busa is different from what the Actual engine rpm is. I want to know what the read out on the RPM guage would be for 9500 act. rpms or what the RPM difference is ? Can anyone help me ?

I'm seeing about 4-5% error on my 03 9500 on gauge is about 9100 actual
