A beast!

I know I said the '08 is a beast, but yesterday reconfirmed this. I was on 285E headed towards I20. My friend Dale was on his '00 Busa when we decided to nail it. I shifted at 10500 rpm(shift-light set) and even with the stinkin swing-arm extension, the front end was still coming up with the 2nd to 3rd gear shift. Holy $%#

Thats probably do to "SLOWER COLOR SYNDROME"(dont be alarmed, its happening to ALOT of people), should have bought an ORG/BLK

I doubt you have a dud! Mine won't come up in 3rd either, no matter how much body english I give her. 2nd yes, 3rd it ain't gonna happen.

If his bike comes up in 3rd on throttle with a swing arm extension, he has a Sneaky Pete Bottle hidden under the seat!

Actually, I've never seen a stock buse come up in third without some serous slipping of the clutch.

fwiw, he wrote that the front end came up from the 2nd to 3rd shift.... not actually pulling a 3rd gear wheelie. I think most busas will pull the front end from 2nd to 3rd shift pretty easily... i know mine does.

Attentioin to detail! I like you Staylor! The damn thing came up! I have the vomit taste in my mouth to prove it! Do you think I wanted it to come up? Hell no. My bike is way lowered, when it comes up, it smashes my front fender. I am now debating extending it a little bit more. I am use to the R1 and Gixxer coming up, but not the Mystery Pumpkin...sheesh
