It looks like it's only the kill program and the thumb switch and not the mechanical gear shifter itself. The reason I say that is because of thf the leg movement in the video and the picture of the dynajet box only has a check mark for the switch.
Regardless, it's a nice clutchless shift option. I'm surprised more people have not done this mod. The program is free from Dynajet, any switch can be used, just needs to provide a ground. I know there has been a lot of discussion on modifiying the horn or the pass switch.
I opted to pay the high price and get the dynajet switch for a clean look.
