We do a ton of Turbo's and have a load based climate controlled dyno tuning cell. 
We even built our own Turbo kit from scratch for our own: World's Fastest (MPH) Intercooled Turbo ZX-14.... give me a ring. Always looking to work with Org. members as long as your set-up is right we can help you. If its not I will pass. Cecil does great work as well.
