Hey, everyone~
My bud, Dean (a.k.a. Wolfman here on the .oRg) is en route on a long-planned family vacation.
I met Dean when I was on business travel in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, earlier this year. I hooked up with him through this forum.
While there, we spent a great deal of time bombing around together, hitting up the local 'zook shops, dining out, seeing the sights, and such. He even helped me by retrieving livestock for me for a trade show display, when I couldn't get out of the convention center during set-up to do it myself.
He was a great host to me in that great city, and now it's my turn to return the favor.
He and his family are coming to the American Southwest on a vacation. Their last stop will be Anaheim. While there, Dean, next Saturday (27DEC08) is going to venture down to San Diego to ride with me and whoever else is interested in welcoming our 'brother from the far north' to America's Finest City.
I remember Dean talking about this vacation all those months ago (was it March '08?)...and now they're finally headed south.
We'll be sure to get some pix (surprised?).
But anyone who wants to help me welcome Dean, please shout out~~
