About 6 - 8 times over a period of a few years. An absolute must to read and study! My favorite of about half a dozen MC riding related books I read.

No but I have read Lee Parks book "Total Control" a lot of good stuff including how to set up your suspension. Also "Sport Riding Techniques" by Nick Ienatsh. Both available on line for around $16 plus shipping.

I've read it (I have TWO copies)
I give out copies to people I ride with.
Great book although a little too track oriented.
I also have TOTW I as well.

I have the TOTW DVD and it's kinda lame, but I'm sure very good information. I just can't sit still through it
